I, Sarah Shepherd of Blissfully Free, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Any service or product purchased must be received within 12 months of the purchase date. For example, a Lightarian Course must be completed within 12 months, so all the attunements within the course must be taken within this time frame unless otherwise agreed with the client.

I do not accept liability for injury or other negative consequences that arise from the use of any of the products or services I sell on this website.

Blissfully Free will consider that any purchases you make from this site are done based on your own freedom of choice and decision.

Whether it’s yourself or somebody that is connected to you that has possibly got an illness - serious or not, consulting a doctor/medical professional is to be first in line.

Please be sensible about using complementary therapies and always seek the appropriate medical advice.

This website contains some services that may be considered as complementary therapies, however, please make sure that under no circumstances do you ignore your doctor's advice or use these services as a substitute for traditional medical treatment.

On viewing this website please consider the use of crystals for healing and other forms of energy work should not be used in replacement for the traditional medical treatments that are available to us.

Along with the information given so far and changes that have taken place on the 26th of May 2008 in UK law, Blissfully Free would like to make it known when I talk about and share information relating to the properties of crystals and stones - especially that of healing, I am only doing this for your information and should not be taken as advice regarding a medical condition.

Any information that you gain, whether in spoken, written or electronic forms, purchased from Blissfully Free, should be received with an understanding of all the above information and guidelines.

The opinions given in any of the treatments, readings, distance healings, light codes, events, courses or attunements should not be confused with medical advice. Please consult your doctor regarding any appropriate treatment for your disease, injury or illness.

The services offered on Blissfully Free are complementary therapies, which work with any medical treatment you are receiving and are not offered to replace any medical treatment. I do not give direction, advice, diagnoses or treatment to any individual.

If you are currently taking medication prescribed by your medical practitioner, do not stop taking these without his/her consent and medical advice. If you have any concerns regarding any existing or believed medical conditions, please speak with your doctor.

Blissfully Free does not accept any responsibility if you choose to ignore any medical advice so you can treat yourself using the Services offered through this site. I accept no responsibility for any loss or damages caused as a direct or indirect result of the use or misuse of the information contained within any information provided or made available through this website.

All products and services available on this site will only be given to persons over the age of 18, unless otherwise agreed with the guardians and/or parents of the child in writing.

Readings offered by Sarah Shepherd are for entertainment purposes only and I cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading.

Terms of Use

By accessing this Site, the Blissfully Free website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to all of the Terms, please do not use the Site. Blissfully Free may from time to time modify or revise the Terms by updating this page. Your use of this Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed. Client Agreement

Before purchasing any Service, Subscription, Event or Digital Files from this site, please make sure you understand the terms of use.

Your registration and/or purchase acts as your contractual agreement with the following:

  1. My work is spiritual and intuitive. It is NOT a substitute for medical, legal, financial or other specific professional advice. If you need this kind of assistance, please contact the appropriate professional.

  2. Any service or product purchased must be received within 12 months of the purchase date. For example, a Lightarian Course must be completed within 12 months, so all the attunements within the course must be taken within this time frame unless otherwise agreed with the client.

  3. You can reschedule your appointment after booking up to 24 hours in advance by clicking on the button at the end of the email confirmation you were sent. If you must reschedule please try to give as much notice as you can.

  4. You cannot change your appointment within 24 hours of the time, so you can either keep your appointment or contact me to let me know you wish to cancel it. Please Note: If you cancel you will not receive a refund.

  5. Lightarian attunement appointments are paid for in advance by purchasing the whole course. Therefore, if you have to cancel an appointment within 24hrs, this will be subject to a £10 cancellation fee, which will be payable before you reschedule your next appointment.

  6. Please let me know if you are going to be late for your appointment. If you are late, I may have to shorten your appointment time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.

  7. All registrations are final. There are no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or exchanges for payments made in full or via an instalment plan I may agree to or any payment method. This includes all services, products, digital files and events offered on this website.

  8. If for any reason, I have to cancel your appointment, I will either refund your payment in full or book a new time & date with you depending on what you would prefer.

  9. If you accidentally order a service twice, (which does happen sometimes!), then I am more than happy to refund you. However, I am charged a fee from Paypal or Stripe for every payment made, unfortunately, I do not get this fee back, so there will be an admin charge, which will be 15% of your initial payment. This covers the cost of the fee I am charged and the time associated with dealing with the refund.

You will be agreeing to these terms when you make your booking.

Payments

Payment information is never taken by me or transferred to me either through my website or otherwise.

At the point of payment, you are transferred to a secure page on the website of PayPal or Stripe, which are both reputable payment service providers. That page may be branded to look like a page on this website, but it is not controlled by me.

I use Paypal and Stripe for all payments. Please see the Privacy Policy regarding information about these companies.

All items offered on my website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on my website click the 'Add to Basket’ button shown on each product page. When you place an order to purchase a product you will receive a confirmation email from Blissfully Free confirming your payment & order.

This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by Blissfully Free of your offer to buy goods and services from me.

Membership Terms

Once you decide to join the membership, your subscription fee will automatically process in the next billing cycle depending on the frequency of your subscription. For example, a monthly subscription will be processed on the same date every month. Blissfully Free will continue to automatically process your subscription fee at the then-current Subscription rate until you cancel your subscription.

Cancellation Policy for Subscriptions: All Subscription fees are non-refundable. Therefore once payment has been taken, you will not be refunded for any part of the subscription period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account on the Members page. You can also re-subscribe at any time subject to availability. You will continue to have access until the last day of your subscription.

Subscription Emails: Once you have subscribed, you agree to receive emails from Blissfully Free for this service and occasional emails regarding any changes or offers in relation to the subscription service only. Blissfully Free never passes your information or e-mail address onto any third-party companies.

Copyright: Your paid subscription entitles you to access all written, audio and video material for personal use only. It is prohibited to share any of Blissfully Free's copyrighted paid-for material anywhere online, via any transmission method or to make it available for download or viewing anywhere on the Internet. It is a paid copyrighted service and not for free distribution or resale. It is prohibited to translate and then share into other languages.

Discount Codes

Blissfully Free offers internet sales discounts and special offers from time to time.

To claim your discount, you must enter the appropriate discount code at checkout.

Discount codes will only be valid once the product has been added to your basket and it has reached the appropriate value

Enter the appropriate discount code and select 'Apply Coupon’.

Check the discount has been applied to your basket.

Discount Codes must be entered before payment. Only one discount or special offer can be entered per order.

Discounts cannot be claimed after checkout. Once a discount code has expired it is no longer available.

Privacy

Blissfully Free never passes your information or e-mail address onto any third-party companies.

On the Blissfully Free website, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to a newsletter. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address registered by a data subject for the first time for newsletter shipping, for legal reasons, in the double-opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to prove whether the owner of the e-mail address as the data subject is authorized to receive the newsletter.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the newsletter.

By using this Website, products, and services, you consent to the terms of this policy. If the privacy policy changes, I will post those changes on the Privacy Policy page so that you are always aware of access, security, control of personal information and how the information will be used. Your continued use of the Web site constitutes your consent to the updated policy.

I shall have no liability (including liability for negligence) for the acts or omissions of telecommunications service providers or for failures of, or faults in their networks and equipment.

Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, then please contact me at happy@blissfullyfree.co.uk or by phone on 07434 680544. I will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and I aim to resolve your complaint within one week of your initial contact. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I want you to be happy! My normal office hours are 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

License and Website Access

This Website grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents: any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices: any derivative use of this site or its contents: any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant: or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
