My Journey…
I am a Psychic, Medium, Empath and Healer.
Healing is a journey, which is sometimes difficult to navigate alone, which is one of the reasons I set up Blissfully Free.
My soul purpose here on Earth is to help others step into their power.
From an early age, I knew I was different as I seemed to be able to tell what people were thinking and feeling.
I am a big believer in intuition and energy and have now mastered my own spiritual gifts and understand the impact energy can have on others.
I have always believed that there is more to life than what we can touch and see which is why I wanted to develop my own talents and beliefs.
I was rather confused when I was growing up as I was incredibly sensitive to other people's emotions. I had no idea how to handle these feelings and just thought everyone felt like this.
I have since learnt that I am an Empath and with the help of Reiki, I have been able to control my energy and protect myself from other people's energy.
I used to feel very tired if I had spent time with a friend who was negative in their thoughts and now realise that I was taking on their energy! They felt better after being with me as I had given them all my energy as they had taken mine!
This is obviously not intentional as the person does not realise they are taking someone else's energy. It took a big wake-up call for me to realise this was damaging my health and so I decided to do something about it.
In 2009, I did Usui Reiki I and I was so nervous sitting with 3 other people who I did not know. I didn't even know why I was there, apart from the fact it felt like the right thing to do! I hadn't even had a Reiki treatment, so didn't know what to expect!
As we were all getting to know each other, my Reiki Master's dog, Kira, (photo below) came over to me and put her head in my lap and looked up at me as if to say everything will be okay. I knew I was on the right path!
The day was wonderful even though I was still a bit nervous about giving my first treatment! Once I had done level I, I wanted to try it out on everyone, so gave Reiki to my family and friends. They all loved it and it made me feel happy to be able to give so much love through healing.
I then went on an intense healing path and trusted my intuition as I completed my Usui Reiki Master/Teacher level in a matter of months! It felt so right and my Reiki Master also felt it was right for me so I didn't question it.
I then went on to do all levels of the Lightarian Reiki and did the Kundalini Reiki alongside. All I can say looking back is WOW; I did a huge amount of clearing in a very short space of time!! I wouldn't recommend this to everyone, but I felt like I had to catch up and Spirit and my intuition kept pushing me to keep going.
I also did a lot of other spiritual work before I set up my business, which previously used to be called Violet-Light, to help me understand my gifts and to be a clearer healing channel.
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher for four main types of Reiki, but I have also done a lot of other courses, attunements, and workshops. I believe we never stop learning and growing, so I make sure that I am continuously developing my spiritual practices.
My main gift has always been clairaudience since I was a child, and I used to speak to Grandfather all the time when he passed over when I was 8! I would say now that I probably use clairvoyance the most as it is easier for Spirit to communicate in pictures rather than words!
I quit my corporate job in 2014 to focus on my business, which I set up in 2012, and had a complete change of lifestyle! I moved out of London and went travelling for a year, and then moved near Glastonbury in Somerset to be closer to my family.
I decided to change my website completely in November 2016 to Blissfully Free. The energies have shifted, I have shifted and so my business needed to shift as well.
I chose the name Blissfully Free as it sums up what I feel the spiritual journey is all about.
I love what I do and I am so grateful to be on this journey with you as not only am I able to fulfil my soul purpose, but each person I connect with also helps me learn and grow too.
