Mind, Body, Spirit Reading

This unique, transformational, healing reading comes with a detailed report, a chakra & aura guide, a colour chart and a 1.5 hour reading on Zoom.

The written report is sent to you before your reading, so you have time to digest it.

I do a body scan in meditation to get this information as Spirit show me blocks, tension, energy imbalances, mental, emotional and physical issues during your scan.

For most people, only one appointment is needed to begin their life changing growth and healing.

If you would like to continue working on what this reading brings up for you, I also offer Mentoring Sessions, which we can discuss at the end of your reading.

Please Note: Mentoring is only available for those who have had this reading.

For those who just want guidance about a specific topic, I also offer Soul Growth Sessions to help you focus on the next stage of your healing journey.

  • I sit in meditation and connect with your energy.

    Spirit show me blocks, tension, energy imbalances, mental, spiritual, emotional and physical issues during a scan.

    I focus on the Chakra system, which creates the basis of the report.

    You do not have to do anything while I am scanning you.

    The report begins with 3 oracle cards to give an overview of what you need to know.

    I then write up your notes using the Chakra system as the basis to look at energetic, physical, emotional and spiritual blockages.

    If Spirit guide me to give you suggestions for supplements or to have things checked by a Medical Doctor, I will put these in the report too.

  • I will send you the report 48hrs before your reading via email.

  • The reading is up to 1.5 hours on Zoom.

    This is a healing space, where we can discuss your report and any questions you may have. We can go into much more detail and how you move forward with your own healing.

    This time is fluid in terms of what you need, so we will be guided by Spirit. You may need to talk, you may need healing, or you may want to delve further into the information that comes up.

    This time and space is yours for whatever you need for your highest good.

  • It is up to you how you wish to continue your healing journey as there are lots of choices available to suit your needs.

    You can continue to work with me by having Mentoring sessions, which are booked in 3’s, that you can take weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. I only offer Mentoring to those who have had this reading.

    You can choose to have other sessions with me, such as a Healing Sessionor a Soul Growth Session to help you further.

    You can use this reading as a basis for your own healing path and focus on the key areas yourself or by working with other Practitioners who offer different modalities.
